Grilled fruit and caramel sauce with roasted nuts
- Firm, not too ripe fruit, for example. apple, pear, pineapple, plum and banana.
- wet wooden skewers
- A handful of desiccated coconut
- A handful of mixed nuts, lightly crushed.
- 200g sugar
- 3 dl cream
- Dessert herbs, such as lemon balm, verbena or mint.
- Sour cream
Drag the pieces of fruit on skewers and grill briefly over high coal heat.
In a frying pan on the stove: Fry the coconut flour and remove it. Toast the nuts and remove them.
Caramelize the sugar in a pan and cook with cream into a caramel sauce.
Serving Ground 2 tablespoons of sugar with some dessert herbs to be used to sprinkle.
Put sour cream on top to garnish
